“I can't recommend Molino de Urdaniz enough-the restaurant located in the basement of the hotel. We treated ourselves to the chef's tasting menu during dinner, and the fusion of flavors was nothing short of extraordinary. The ambiance was relaxed, allowing us to enjoy a middle-upper tier dining experience without the stiff dress code that's often found at Michelin-starred places.
